• S. Korea HSBC manufacturing PMI ( prior 47.5%) @01:00 GMT.
• Japan average cash earnings y/y (survey -0.9%, prior -1.6%) @01:30 GMT

Market will have to wait until later in the session for the RBA rate decision, with most forecast expecting them to leave it unchanged at 3.5%. Still leaves them room to cut later in the year if the need arises. With the “golden” holiday mood still on, we could be in for another thin and choppy session.
