Why its to suspend a special hotline to prevent air incidents of course
The Tass news agency says that the Russian defence ministry has suspended all channels of military cooperation with Turkey, including the special hotline they set up to avoid any air incidents
Call me crazy but that sounds like a dumb move. Then again, you've got to question its usefulness in light of the recent event
