No one cared, just as no one cares now that the US Congress has decided not to pass a budget for the next fiscal year. I wish I could blow off the inconvenient parts of my job…Don’t we all?
Part of the dollar weakness of recent weeks has to be attributed to this extreme example of dereliction of duty. Just pencil in another trillion dollar-plus deficit for next year too…
