One sport that’s more mental than physical is curling. You don’t need to be an athlete to curl but you need nerves of steel. Like trading, you need to plot your strategy, be patient and execute when you have an opportunity. Once the rock is thrown (or trade is made) you can make some minor adjustments with sweeping but if it’s a bad one, you have to forget about it and move on to the next one.
