Beijing has recorded a record high number of new COVID cases

News out of Shanghai over the weekend was a bit of a set back:

• Shanghai central Jingan district orders all shops shut, residents to stay home to Tuesday

Now from China's capital comes the news via Bloomberg that Beijing has reported a record number of Covid cases during its current outbreak. This is rekindling concerns over lockdowns in the capital.
