A French diplomatic source cited by Reuters says that Iran nuclear talks have been partial, slow and not covering subjects at the heart of negotiations. The source said there needs to be a change in the approach in nuclear talks and that February will be decisive.
I don't put much stock in these kinds of leaks and headlines. Recently there have been some positive ones. It's interesting though that some kind of timeline was inserted so at least we have an idea of when this might all fall apart.
