As mentioned yesterday, if Japanese authorities wanted to send a firm message that they will not be moving away from the ultra easy policy stance, they could've easily said so. Instead, we're getting such "I cannot confirm nor deny" sort of remarks. That says a lot even if it doesn't actually say anything.
