Net change in jobs adds 28.7K. Unemployment rate falls to 6.8%
The Full time employment change was -28.2K Part time employment rose 56.8.
The USDCAD fall sharply at first and then rose on the mix. The overall number was better than expectations but all gains were in part time. The low reached 1.25935. The close from yesterday comes in at 1.2580 area.
The midpoint of the move comes in at 1.26296. This will be a vague line in the sand for bullish/bearish as the market sorts out what to do when you have a stronger but mixed number, in what has been a USD bullish market.
Choppy trading conditions prevail.
