S&P 500 up 16 points
Tech is once again leading the way as the S&P 500 busts above the June highs to a new record.
The index is up 16 points to 2449 after touching 2450 for the first time.
It's tough to draw targets at an all time high but there is no reason the index can't climb to 2500 on the strength of the latest consolidation-and-break.
