Talk of 1.4200 barrier option interest, protection of which is slowing euro’s ascent. Buy orders seen 1.4140/50. Probably stops just below there, but don’t have confirmation of such as yet.
European stocks look set to open firmer this morning, DAX around 1%, CAC 40 around 0.8%, FTSE around 0.6%.
