• EUR/USD : Offers ahead of 1.2500 (part of 1.20-1.25 DNT) with stops scattered through 1.2510, offers again at 1.2540/50. Buying interest 1.2440/50 with stops down at 1.2425/30 . Solid bids now at 1.2370/80 level. Resistance 1.2525/30, then 1.2580/85. Support 1.2380/85, then 1.2315/20.
  • USD/JPY : Exporters on the offer 79.50/60, then 79.80 through to 80.00 with large stops lurking above . Good bids 79.00/10 , with stops below , then buyers around 78.70/80. Resistance 79.50/55, then 79.65/70. Support 79.10/15, then 79.00/05.
  • GBP/USD : Resistance at 1.5825/30, then 1.5865/70. Support 1.5720/25, then 1.5665/70.
  • USD/CHF : Resistance 0.9700/05, then 0.9775/80. Support 0.9558/90, then 0.9545/50.
  • USD/CAD : Resistance 0.9915/20, then 0.9935/40. Support 0.9855/60, then 0.9820/25.
  • AUD/USD : Sellers starting at 1.0520/30 with stops scattered above 1.0535 through 1.0550, but understand barrier in place at 1.0550. Close bids below 1.0470 and solid around 1.0450. Short-covering in the EUR/AUD has kept the AUD/USD under wraps for the time being . Good resistance at 1.1935/45 level in the EUR/AUD. Resistance in AUD/USD beginning at 1.0525/30, then 1.0560/65. Support 1.0440/45, then 1.0400/05.
  • NZD/USD : Resistance 0.8140/45, then 0.8170/75 . Support 0.8080/85, then 0.8050/55.

I think we now consolidate at these lofty levels in the EUR/USD until we actually see something being done about Greece (Don’t give Spain and Italy a second thought ) later in the week . China HSBC Flash PMI tomorrow is something we can look forward to , so until then back to consolidation during this time zone .
