I think I speak for many that the numbers reported are all up for debate still but the general verdict of the situation is that China is looking to put a more positive spin on recent developments surrounding the virus outbreak.
The key test would be to see whether or not they still see the need to keep up with more stimulus measures if things are really getting better as they claim it to be.
