Australian house prices fell last week

The latest data from CoreLogic indicated Australian home prices fell 0.1% last week, driven by 0.2% declines in Sydney and Melbourne. In the past month, prices in those cities have fallen 0.6% and 0.8%, respectively and nearly 5% this year.
