Man, is he ever right about that. In the 20 years that I have been intimately involved in the daily tussles surrounding the euro it has been one crisis after another on the road toward monetary union and then on the road toward fiscal integration (or disintegration, as the case may be…)
- Europe can’t avoid more fiscal integration
- Will issue joint euro bonds some day
