VP-elect Biden is on the tube with the Obama economic team, laying out some of the priorities (infrastructure, education, renewable energy) in the upcoming stimulus package. He refused to put a price tag on the package which press reports suggest could be between $600 bln and $1trln.
EUR/USD has reversed course at midday, bouncing back up to 1.3970 from a dip to 1.3920 late in London. USD/JPY is firm at 90.50.
