Daily Telegraph reporter Christopher Hope reports that Boris Johnson will address a mass meeting of the 1922 committee of Conservative backbenchers at 7.30pm London time tomorrow night.
That's the kind of meeting you would schedule to sell a deal. Safe to say that it's coming and the only question is whether the DUP will support it or if there is some other trick or twist to come.
