Negotiators on the cusp of a deal
The Telegraph reports that negotiators for both sides are on the cusp of a deal but that Brussels is considering pushing for an automatic review in 10-15 years.
Cable has bounced from the lows in a broader US dollar turn. It's trading up 34 pips to 1.3309 from the low of 1.3264.
