Not a good view
A China Banking Official is on the wires with some not so bullish comments:
- China's economy still faces relatively large downward pressure, may become apparent by early 2018
- China's economic stimulus measures have been overly strong, creating asset bubbles
- China's economy no sufficiently market driven, should push forward market reforms
Not a good opinion of what is to come.
The Shanghai composite index is trading down about -10 points or -0.29% at 3323. The index is up about 7% for 2017.
