Global equities sentiment is in a bit of a slump still
Earnings have been a tad disappointing in Europe and Alphabet (Google) and Amazon's reports yesterday doesn't add to market confidence in a time when investors really need it. That has dragged equities sentiment back into the doldrums on the new day but it is improving a little as the session moves along.
E-minis are off their lows but is still trading 0.5% lower on the day so far. That continues to keep yen pairs off their lows for the time being, so keep your eyes on the equities space for further clues on where the market will be headed in US trading later.
