German Chancellor Merkel says she wants any country that does not abide by G-20 agreements to be named. Sounds sorta like the blacklist of tax havens we heard so much about weeks ago…What ever happened to that?
Merkel says that the G20 must agree to regulate hedge funds and her compatriot M. sarkozy says that regulation is a non-negotiable goal of the G20.
