As the US and China kick off the first Strategic Economic Dialogue of the Obama administration, Geithner is on the wires saying that China can help itself and the world by shifting to a domestic-led economy rather than exports.
Data from China overnight showed that they are trying to do just that as consumption in urban areas grew nearly 9% in the first half of the year.
