Does Geithner have a nanny problem?

CNBC says that the Journal is running a headline saying Senators have questions about the immigration status of a household employee. This would be at least the fourth time a nanny or housekeeper has derailed a nomination if that turns out to be the case. Apparently there are also some tax questions.

Geithner has been seen as a source of stability given his insider status as president of the New York Fed. If Obama had to go to a plan B, it could roil the markets. Larry Summers, call your office!
