IBM says it will more than double its stock buyback program, adding $5 bln to make fora total of $9.2 CNBC reports.
As a high-priced stock, it moves the Dow a chunk, helping turn equity markets positive. The DOw is up 0.7% and the S&P up 0.4%. EUR/USD is testing the 1.4827 area.
