ITALY DATA: 3Q final GDP rose 0.3% q/q and 1.1% y/y, after rising 0.5%
q/q in the 2Q, as exports, capital investments and domestic demand grew.
The data was revised up from preliminary figures released on Nov 12
(preliminary 3Q: +0.2% q/q +1.0% y/y).
–Net exports subtracted 0.5 points to q/q growth, while net domestic
demand contributed 0.3 points to growth. Inventories and capital
investment contributed 0.5 and 0.2 points respectively to q/q growth.
–The 1Q result gives a growth platform of +1.0% for 2010, ISTAT said.
