Outlooks:

  • Japanese manufacturers see January output +7.6 pct m/m (prev forecast: +6.0 pct)

20 minutes ago we got some disappointing data from Japan. And now, just to cheer you up we get this excellent IP data! more awful data, now on December IP. Reuters adds that IP has fallen at its fastest pace since May of 2015.

I've said it before, let me reiterate. Its a bull market in barf bags at the administration and BOJ.
