Funny old world, the NZD/USD fell from .8120 to .8070 on a rumour of a downgrade this morning.

Now Moody’s announces the actual downgrade by one notch on ANZ, BNZ and WestPac and what happens? The NZD/USD drops 20 pips before immediately recovering half the loss.
