Moody's first look at Trump's draft plan
Moody's said Trump's bullet point budget draft is light on details but they decided to weigh in anyway because it's the starting point.
They said the draft raises the possibility of wider deficits and higher debt. On the flipside, the tax cuts would be credit-positive for many corporate sectors.
On economic growth, they say it would add in the short term but the effect would be unlikely to last long.
