German EconMin Roesler at 0800GMT, BUBA’s Boehmler at 0930GMT, ECB’s Praet at 1240GMT, and a possible press conference at 1300GMT after the Sarkozy, Merkel, Monti mini summit in Strasbourg from midday.
Expect some whippy trading today as the market thins ahead of the US Thanksgiving holiday
EUR/USD’s up around 1.3385 with offers running into 1.3400 and yesterday’s NY high of 1.3414. Buy stops are above through 1.3420
