Latest mortgage numbers from Bankrate
Falls into the 'No Shit Sherlock' category, but the eyes will be on how rates react across the board.
Bankrate's latest figures show Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM) have risen
- 5/1 Arm now 3.42% vs 3.40% last week
- 15yr fixed 3.34% vs 3.27% prior
- 30yr fixed 4.09% vs 4.06%
I'm hoping I've got the right prior numbers from the Bankrate site. Got the right priors now (h/t Imagine)
