“Smart spending”. That’s what Obama aide Valerie Jarrett says the President will focus on in his State of the Union Address this evening. Education and infrastructure are two area where Obama will focus spending.
He will talk budget cutting but will not embrace any specific formula to do so, Jarrett says.
