I, and others, have suggested that the Greeks should sell some of their breathtaking islands as a way to cut the debt.
The suggestions have been largely tongue in cheek, but comments from PM Samaras in an interview with Le Monde suggest that Greece is considering doing the unthinkable, selling off some of the uninhabited islands.
