Stocks are bouncing nicely, perhaps on word that the Bear Stearns assets are producing better cash-flows than expected, according to asset managers at Blackrock.
Also helping are details of a mortgage rescue plan via Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. JP Morgan and Citi have already begun to modify mortgages to avoid further foreclosures.
USD equities are down about 125 points, having been down over 300 points just over an hour ago.
