Apparently BP has finally capped the well in the gulf of Mexico and its stock and others are rising. The S&P is back to break even after falling 1.5% earlier.
Cable is adding to gains as BP shares rise (up something like 6%), now at 1.5445.
EUR/USD is approaching session highs again, close to the 100 day average at 1.2923. We now trade at 1.2918. 1.2920 is the EBS high.
