The Marine One helicopter is on its way to Walter Reed hospital to collect Trump'.
Trump is expected to walk out the front doors of the hospital unassisted and greet crowds.
Then to make his way back to the White House where preparations have been made for him to work from home (ie. to work from the residence, not the West Wing).
