Flights between Iraq and Turkey were scheduled to resume after Turkey banned flights from Iraq in August on concerns about COVID-19.
However, Turkey says it'll be suspending flights on October 3, once again citing coronavirus concern.
There is the suspicion this is not only on virus concerns.
