UAE oil minister says don't expect a decision at OPEC meeting

It's a meeting to talk about maybe having a meeting

UAE's oil minister said it's premature to talk about a decision on freezing output (or anything else) at the OPEC gathering in Algeria next week.

The idea is that this will be a meeting where leaders get together and think about possibly freezing output in the future. If there is some kind of consensus, then they'll schedule another meeting to formalize it.
