According to a report by the BBC

Says that the government could accept amendments made by the European Research Group (ERG) on the proposals seen on the Brexit white paper with regards to the customs bill.

For some context, May's proposal has been met with heavy critisism from long-standing "Leave" campaigners - and they are unhappy that her proposal is for a common rulebook on traded goods with the EU as well as the customs policy.

In accepting those amendments though, it would be a set back for May as it basically means the white paper would have to be reworked again. And so, seems like we're heading back to the drawing board. Pfft.

All of this of course will be put to the test today with the customs bill put to a vote at the Commons once again.
