- Purchase index 221.6 vs 221.1 prior
- Refi index 2117.2 vs 1827.6 prior
- 30yr mortgage rate 3.91% vs 3.97% prior
Refi's seems to be where all the action is at right now. The purchase index is tracking sideways at the moment which suggests some flattening in the housing market.
