Rebound day in European stock market

Srong gains for the day

The European stocks are rebounding today after yesterday's falls. The major indices provisional closes are all pointing in the upward direction (with decent gains). 

The provisional closes are showing:
  • Germany,0.8% 
  • France, +1.4%
  • Britain, +1.0%
  • Spain, +0.9%
  • Italy, up 1.45%
In the benchmark 10 year note sector, the yields are mixed. German yields remain below the 0.0% level. Below are the basis point changes and highs/lows for the day.

Srong gains for the day
In the US as traders look to exit in Europe/London, the major indieces are trading at session highs.

  • The S&P is up 35 points or 1.25% at 2846.99
  • The Nasdaq is up 110 points or 1.44% at 7756.70
  • The Dow is up 312 points or 1.23% at 25637
